Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HL Permits application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Preliminary Planning Estimates Only

HL Permits provides a tool to generate preliminary planning estimates based on publicly available municipal fee schedules. These results are for informational planning purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of final fees.

Official permit fees, surcharges, and requirements must be confirmed directly with the relevant building department or municipal authority.

No Government Affiliation

HL Permits is an independent service provided by Hundred Logistics. We are not a government agency, and we have no official affiliation with, or endorsement from, any city, county, state, or federal authority.

No Permit Application Submission

Using the HL Permits estimator or submitting a help request does not constitute submitting a permit application. You remain responsible for applying for and obtaining all necessary permits through the appropriate official channels.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hundred Logistics be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, financial loss or project delays) arising out of the use or inability to use the HL Permits estimator. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any estimates.
